The Company

Messenger Associates, Inc. specializes in career management and human resource consulting. Recognizing that human resources are a company's most significant investment, we work side-by-side with our customers to bring business solutions to the people side of business.

Services include needs assessments, outplacement, coaching, organization development, strategic planning, special projects, affirmative action plans, compensation and training.

The firm is affiliated with DBM, the world's leader in career services. The first of DBM's business partners in the United States, Messenger Associates assumed the operation of DBM's Syracuse office in 1997, continuing its services in career management and developing a human resource consulting practice as well.

Customers include Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, colleges, universities, non-profit organizations and government, as well as individual clients.
